Professor Huiyuan Zhu was recently awarded seed funding from the College of Arts and Sciences Dean’s Office.
The funding, which totals $50,000, was awarded for Zhu’s project titled "Enabling a Circuit Economy from CO2 and Nitrate Wastes: Tailoring Single-Atom and Host Metal Interactions for Electrocatalytic C-N Coupling with Explainable AI."
The project demonstrates the Chemistry Department’s commitment to using innovative research to address environmental challenges.
Congratulations to Professor Zhu on this excellent achievement.
