UVa Chemistry Department Chair Jill Venton has received the 2022 Advances in Measurement Science Lectureship Award.
This award honors the contributions of three individuals from three major geographic regions – the Americas, Europe/ Middle East/Africa, and Asia-Pacific – who have made a major recent impact in the field of measurement science. The Award will be presented at the ACS Measurement Science Symposium in October in a dedicated session where Professor Venton will have the opportunity to give a lecture and invite one additional speaker.
The official announcement from ACS and the ACS Division of Analytical Chemistry will be forthcoming.
