Acharyya
Kinsuk Acharyya comes to the Chemistry Department from the Physical Research Laboratory in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad, India. He received his Ph.D. from the University of Calcutta in 2008. The thesis title was “Formation of Complex Molecules during Star Formation.” A part of this work was done in Leiden Observatory during his stay as a Greenberg Fellow. Additionally, he worked as a Research Scientist at the University of Virginia between March 2014 and December 2015. Kinsuk joins us as a Visiting Scholar in the lab of Professor Eric Herbst.
